The Encounter Team ensures every visitor feels welcome! We make connections, build relationships and we make sure everyone knows The Refuge is a place they can call home.
Parking Team
As people come into the parking lot of The Refuge Church, the parking team have the first opportunity to shake hands and greet those coming in. The parking team are in place to assist anyone that needs help getting from their vehicles into the building.
Greeting Team
Greeters provide a warm reception to those entering our church and assist with any directions that may be needed and answer any questions guests' may have.
Hospitality Team
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for first time visitors, aiding and giving care to anyone who enters the sanctuary.
Usher Team
Assisting with greeting, finding seating in the worship center and answering any questions. Ushers may step in and serve communion or receive tithes and offering.
